Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Mário Otruba, an individual developer based in Slovakia ("we", "us"), for the STCKD iOS app and the website stckd.app. By creating an account or using the app you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use STCKD.

1. Who can use STCKD

You must be 18 years or older. The app asks you to confirm this. If you are under 18, you may not use STCKD, and we will delete any account we learn belongs to a minor.

2. What STCKD is

STCKD lets you record supplements and peptides you choose to take, build protocols ("stacks"), set reminders, do reconstitution math, and log how you feel. It shows you what you enter. It does not recommend, sell or supply any substance.

3. Not medical advice

STCKD does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment recommendations. The calculator performs arithmetic on numbers you enter; it does not know what is safe or appropriate for you. Talk to a qualified healthcare professional before starting, stopping, dosing or combining any supplement or compound, and follow the laws that apply where you live. Some compounds people track are prescription-only or restricted in your country; you are solely responsible for what you take and for the accuracy of what you enter.

4. Your account

Keep your password private and tell us if you suspect misuse. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can export your data and delete your account at any time from Profile inside the app.

5. STCKD Pro subscriptions

• STCKD Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) bought through the Apple App Store. The price for your country, including tax, is shown in the app before you confirm.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before it ends.
• Manage or cancel any time in your device's App Store settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the period you paid for ends.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its terms. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Where consumer law gives you a 14-day right of withdrawal, you exercise it through Apple.
• Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app; where it conflicts with these terms, these terms govern our relationship with you and Apple's terms govern the purchase.

6. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break into, overload, reverse engineer or resell the service, use it to harm others, or enter content that is unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

7. Your content and our software

Everything you enter stays yours. You give us only the permission needed to store, sync and display it for you. The app, its design and its code belong to us and are licensed to you, not sold, for personal, non-commercial use.

8. Ending the agreement

You can stop at any time by deleting your account. We may end or suspend access if you break these terms, with notice where the law requires it. Sections 3, 7, 9 and 10 survive termination.

9. Warranties and liability

STCKD is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise it will be error-free or always available, or that any tracked entry is accurate. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any decision you make about substances based on information you tracked in the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here removes the rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. If you are a consumer in the EU, UK, US or Canada, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your home country, and you may bring claims in your local courts. EU consumers can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Please contact us first; most issues are solved by email within days.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. We will update the date above and, for material changes, tell you in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use STCKD after that means you accept the new terms.
