By downloading or using the STCKD app you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Subscription & billing
STCKD is offered as a subscription: $6.99/month or $39.99/year. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
Free trial
New users get a 3-day free trial. You can cancel anytime during the trial in your Apple ID settings and you won't be charged.
Cancellation & refunds
Cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple per the App Store policy.
Not medical advice
STCKD is a tracking tool, not a medical device or service. See our Medical Disclaimer for details.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it to harm others. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Liability
STCKD is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect damages arising from your use of the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
